Reference for This Study

Prevalence rates (per 1,000 persons) for visible oral lesions found in
 23,616 adults (predominantly whites) over 35 years of age who attended
 well publicized oral cancer screening clinics in 13 communities 
in Minnesota, USA.

[This represents approximately 2/3 of all older adults in the 
smaller communities (11 of the 13 communities studies)]
