Extensive hot spots of the entire maxilla and mandible (it was bilateral also), and the sphenoid bone. Lesser involvement of the ethmoid bone (patient had used corticosteroid sprays for many years). The patient had been diagnosed with atypical trigeminal neuralgia many years earlier. |
