Large hot spot of the right mandible, especially in the first molar region, with smaller hot spots of the lateral nasal wall on the right and the maxillary left first molar region. The ethmoid region is also involved. The patient had been diagnosed with atypical facial neuralgia many years earlier, with continued pain. |
