Very large, bilobed hot spot of the posterior mandible was two osteonecrotic lesions joined by a thin tunnel. Maxillary cuspid area was also involved. Sphenoid bone had more mild involvement, as did the cervical vertebrae in two small areas. The patient had been treated for years for trigeminal neuralgia. |
