Multiple rounded and elongated radiolucencies represent cavitations and infarcted fatty marrow from the right first molar region to the left first molar region. The right central incisor region a cavitation is surrounded by ischemic myelofibrosis (the image is just behind the root of the tooth). All teeth are viable. |
