Fat Necrosis & Bone Necrosis

Fat necrosis is characterized by pale staining stroma with few residual nuclei. Some dead adipocytes contain granular eosinophilic debris (eosinophilic necrosis).  The bony trabeculae has started to delaminate (a sign of formation under chronic ischemic conditions).
